Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a cancellation service charge added to your account up to 100% of the service charge. If you don’t show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost. In the case of an emergency, we understand than plans can change unexpectedly. At our descretion, we may waive the cancellation fee.
